Chukutem Chukuka

Chukutem has over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. He started his career in hospital and community retail pharmacy practice. He later moved Glaxo Nigeria Ltd (now GSK) where he cut his teeth as a Sales & Marketing professional before joining May & Baker Nigeria Plc and later Nigerian-German Chemicals Plc. He distinguished himself and earned promotions to key executive management positions becoming Key Accounts Manager, Marketing Manager, General Manager and later Associate Director responsible for Corporate, Regulatory & Public Sector Affairs at various times. He has been involved with demand generation and management of key functions such as major accounts, sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, customer & agency relationships, product development, business development and corporate strategy.

A graduate of Pharmacy of the University of Benin with an MBA degree, he is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Nigeria and the Haggai Leadership Institute USA. In addition to attending several local & international courses, Chukutem has three professional international journal publications to his credit. He rejoined May& Baker Nigeria Plc in May 2012 as Head Corporate Planning & Development. Presently he is the Head, Pharma Sales & Marketing Division.
